ilango's signature Sardine Jungle Curry

I came up with my so-called signature dish today.
Here is the the ingredient list for this recipe:

1) Instant Seafoods Clear Soup Paste - 1/2 tsp
2) Lobo Green Curry Paste - 1/2 tsp
3) Medium sized seeded Jalapeno pepper - 1/2 pepper
4) Angela Mia crushed Tomato - 5 tsp
5) Canned Sardine - 1 can
6) Olive Oil - 1 tsp

Method:

1) Heat oil in a pan at medium heat.
2) Add items 1, 2, 3 and let simmer for a minute.
3) Now add the crushed tomato and mix well with the other ingredients well.
4) Continue stirring and cooking for the next 3 minutes.
5) Add 1/4 cup of water or to desired consistency.
6) Throw the sardines in and ensure fish is coated well with the sauce
7) Lower heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot with brown rice or white rice. I prefer brown.
