Asian Noodles with chicken

In a frugal attempt to make a tasty dinner these noodles were created. The recipe was made entirely out of leftover ingredients and it turned out great!


Ingredients

1 tbsp canola oil
1 onion
3 tbsp ginger
6 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
5 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp canola oil
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp walnuts
2 carrots chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
1 package of flour stick noodles
1 tbsp chicken bullion
2 chicken breasts cut into small pieces

Directions
1.  In a boiling large pot of water with one tbsp of bullion add noddles. Cook for time described on package.  Then drain away the liquid.

2. Add to a frying pan canola oil, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, and cook for 5 minutes

3. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes
4. Add Asparagus and cook until chicken is done
5. Return noodles to cooking pot.  Add the rest of the ingredients and chicken mixture.  Serve.
